Spiders Are Not Bad

The type of cookies are razen and oatmeal and peanut i like those cookies because that are yummy.

This paragraph is about cookies as you can see by the title we're going to be talking about cookies. ingredients that are often found in cookies are sugar, chocolate chips, eggs, flower,  and batter. After you mix them to gether you make circles shapes. after this you cook them in the oven. Wene the oven gose deing the cookies are done.

I eat cookies at my house because I bake them at home. I bake cookies with my mum because she is really good at baking. She bakes lots of stuff including muffins,  cake,  lolly cake, and cup cakes. My favorite is my mums cake is chocolate fudge cake because it is sticky

In conclusion cookies are my favorite food because they have chocolate in them. I like making cookies be cause i get to spend time with my mum.

Nga Ahurea o te Ao

 We have been learning about different ahurea (cultures) around the world I worked in a ropu to research Maori culture. We discussed traditional kai, kakahu, kemu, whakahari, Maoritanga, waiata, taonga Puoro and Atua .

Maori are the indigenous people of Aotearoa .

Here are some of the traditional  things;

Te Waka Tiwai

 Today we were looking at different kind of waka, we looked at Te Waka Tiwai. I was in a group with Kymaira-Lee, Natalija and Amahri, this is the information we found.

1. The name of this waka is the waka Tiwai

2. The waka tiwai was ideal for carrying small portions of people at a time, they were also called waka peke because they were mostly used for racing. They’re so light they are able to jump over wooden beams hence the name waka peke.

3. It was stitched together with flax rope and pegs that held it together which would help it sail when wet. It is made out of hollowed out wood.

4. It was made for fishing  and to travel on water

5. The Tiwai waka can hold 50 or less people

My camp story

 At the start of the camp I did sky sailing I. really like it it Was. amazing   But. I really enjoyed It.  second weathered We. did raft building then it was day 2 it was very Good. went  on a big long giant flying Fox. and then I went on a big water slide and then we did Gaga. it was a very funny game then we did Canoeing.  it was  very fun and we did air Rifle. it was awesome it very Fun. to get a new experience Then. we did archery it was very fun I was very good at It.
